As a project leader I hold below responsibilities. I actively involve to the implementation propjet of new ITSM | ITAM solution (InvGate). the main scope is to simplify the existing IT Service management operation to 50% through the latest digital transformation and AI technics.
• Define Scope and Goals: Clearly outline the purpose, scope, and objectives of the ITSM deployment, aligning them with business needs.
• Set Timeline and Milestones: Establish project timelines, key milestones, and deadlines.
• IT Service Catalog maintain a catalog that outlines all services IT will provide.
• ITIL Framework Adherence: Ensure that processes align with ITIL (or other frameworks) to standardize and improve service delivery
• Incident, Change, and Problem Management: Define workflows for handling incidents, changes, and problems effectively.
• Workflow management and revision
• CMDB and relationship mapping
• Testing and Quality Assurance
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
